A packed house, spectacular views, music, beer and recognition of many achievements

September 26, 2012

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, COLO. — Leyendecker & Lemire, LLC, an intellectual property and business law firm dedicated to ensuring the highest quality, full spectrum of Intellectual Property (Patents, Trademarks and Copyrights) and business-related legal services possible for entrepreneurs, individual inventors, and businesses of all sizes, celebrated its new, expanded offices and selected clients’ achievements on Sept. 21 at a house party held at 5460 S. Quebec Street.

On tap at the party was Peter Lemire’s home-brewed beer: Legally Blond Ale, Boilermaker Extra Special Ale and the piece de resistance – Punitive Damage Autumn Ale (9% ABV). “The place was packed, the food was fantastic and the games and music were all terrific,” said one attendee, who mentioned the“Zombie Zapping Simulator” as a favorite among the firm’s client-designed games provided for guests to experiment with that day.

One client, Denver native 4914, performed a few songs from his current album, “4914 Livin?” and signed CDs and posters afterwards. The artist has been said to bring a refreshing view on Hip Hop/Rap through an inspirational message of compassion and honesty.

“We promised an old-fashioned House Party to exhibit and celebrate the achievements, patents and inventions of our clients – and that’s what we delivered,” said Founding Partner, Peter Lemire. “We had fun, the guests had fun, and the entire afternoon and evening felt like a celebration of many years of hard work. It was a wonderful moment in the history of our firm.”

As the third space in the law firm’s history, the new suite of officesdoubles the firm’s previous space and is located in the Denver Tech Center. Amenities include spectacular views, ample off-street parking and easy access to local residential and retail communities.

“We felt particularly buoyed by this celebration,” said Founding Partner, Kurt Leyendecker, “because many of our clients’ businesses have grown alongside ours. It was an all-around recognition of many, many achievements and we feel very lucky to have clients as friends and vice versa. We are thrilled at everyone’s success.”
