12.07.2009 - We have hired another attorney.  Terry Wyles has joined us as a patent attorney.  Terry specializes in software patents but is equally adept drafting and prosecuting in other technologies as well.  We are lucky to have Terry on board and look forward to getting him up to speed.  Our Attorneys page is becoming out of date but we hope to remedy the situation in the coming weeks as we add Terry, Greg and Jake to the list.

11.16.2009 - The Firm continues to grow despite the slow economy.  As we have told many clients, an economic downturn is the best time to start a business or plan for the future so that you are positioned to grow faster than the competition when the recovery begins.  Anyhow, it is these forward thinking clients that have fueled our growth in 2009.  First we added Greg Johnson as a patent associate.  And even more recently we brought Jake Paul on to assist with our growing intellectual property litigation practice.  With the recovery, our clients are positioned to grow and we hope to continue to grow with them.
