08.07.2008 - In the past few months, the Firm has had two major litigation successes:  In the first litigation, we defended a client sued by his former business associates concerning a venture the parties were involved in.  We turned the tables on the plaintiffs and ended up with a six figure settlement for our client.  In another litigation, a client was sued in another state. We successfully got the case dismissed and filed an action in Colorado that is proceeding with our client in the driver's seat as the plaintiff.  We have several trademark dispute actions pending as well. We take a very deliberate and strategic approach to litigation that we feel serves our clients well.  We know oppossing counsel has become frustrated with the aggressive and effective manner in which we advocate but what is most important to use is protecting the interests of our clients.
